Chemifix MASTIC is a bitumen based anticorrosive odourless, tasteless and non-toxic ready mix brushable paint. It is also lead-free and resistant to acid, alkali, water and chlorine. It is most efficient and economical protection against corrosion.
The effectiveness of an anticorrosive coating is directly related to its resistance against moisture. Initially many coatings are water-proof, but on ageing its ability as a protective coating is lost. Even the minute penetration of moisture is quiet sufficient to encourage corrosion on the still surface underneath. A good protective coating should have adhesive properties to the surface on which it is applied.

| Chemifix MASTIC is manufactured by adopting strict quality control, so that application can be done easily and quickly by brush and dries rapidly to give a smooth glossy black finish. |

Recommended Uses : |

| Chemifix MASTIC is used for the protection of apparatus , equipment, machines and drinking water tanks, pipe, fluid containers etc. Minimum two coats will be required, after the first coat has thoroughly dried. |
|

Surface Preparation : |

The surface should be free from dust, grease, rust and loose particles. |
